APRIL STAR OF THE MONTH. 

David has won this award for embracing the ethos of BACIL through the prevention of crime and deterring of offenders.  He leads by example in The Springs and has built relationships with retailers in the area, offering training and advice and has created a safer community.  This has proven vital in such a new and developing retail park.
