What area does BACIL cover?

BACIL covers the whole of the city centre from the University in the North, Crown Point Retail Park to the South, Kirkstall Road Viaduct to the West and the Playhouse to the East. BACIL operations are currently restricted by radio coverage.

How much will it cost?

For just £10 per week you get full membership into the BACIL system. This includes a comprehensive booklet of all the essential BACIL information and radio hire with no extra costs. 

How do I pay?

Quarterly in advance.

What methods can I pay with?

BACIL accepts direct debit and BACS payments.

Will the system work on my mobile?

Yes the BACIL system will work on all mobiles due to its excellent design.

How easy is the system to use?

BACIL has endeavoured to build a website which is user friendly thus speeding up the processes and making the system more efficient for ourselves and our members. Our on hand support is there to help. 

How many users am I allowed to give access to the system for my membership fee?

Master users get access to the system straight away and can have up to 10 additional users which can be added or deleted at any time.

When is training available?

Training can be arranged around you.  We have the ability to do short training packages on numerous occasions to ensure all staff are trained or even come in on a Saturday.

If I decided to become a member how long does it take to get my radio and website access?

As soon as all of the paperwork is signed the radio is sent to the BACIL crime partnership, this usually takes within 3-5 working days. This will be brought straight to your premises and a member of the BACIL team will go through everything you need to know to start using the whole system.
